  Staff Performance

This Staff Performance window shows how much sales each staff member (cashier) has made over a specified period. This data can be used to gauge their performance and work out their sale commission if applicable.

You can also find out products sold by a particular cashier (this can refer to a service staffer) over a specified period as shown below.  Furthermore, the report can be categorized based on department. This might come in handy for companies that pay commission to their sale staff, where the commission for different departments varies.

An innovative use of this reporting functionality is to use it to work out commission for your business partners who regularly recommend customers to your store.  To enable this, you assign a cashier password to such a business partner. 

When a customer referred by that business partner buys from your shop, use that business partner's password to login on the pos window and then process the sale.  As a result, all purchases by customers referred by that business partner are captured and reported on this Sales Staff Performance window.  This provides the data needed to work out the commission or referral fee for your business partner.
