Retrieve a Past Sale Receipt
You can open a past sale receipt for printing or refund. Note that a previous receipt can only be displayed when there is no sale in progress. If a sale has just been completed, press F1 (i.e. send cursor to the Barcode field) to clear the sale screen. Alternatively if the cursor is already in the Barcode box, press any key to clear the sale screen. Now you can select the required past receipt from the 'Customer No.' drop box on the lower right corner of the pos window.
The sale receipt serial is based on the sequence of customers for the day. For instance Receipt No.: 12032009-11 means the 11th customer of the day (12032009 = 12 March 2009). Therefore to retrieve that receipt look for 11 in the 'Customer No.' drop down box.
When the sale receipt is displayed the sale transaction pane switches to a white colour to indicate you are not in normal sale mode. If you wish to print this receipt, simply click the 'Print' button as shown in the screenshot below.
To make a refund for the receipt, click the 'Refund' button. The 'Admin Login' window appears. Submit an Admin Level_1 or Level_2 password. Once logged in, click the 'Refund' button again. The receipt is refunded.
Re-open the receipt by selecting the same receipt number from the 'Customer No.' drop box. The receipt now has a statement at the top saying it has been refunded by Admin. If you attempt to refund it once again, the system will block your attempt, thus preventing duplicate refund.

To retrieve a receipt from other dates, click the "More Days" button. Look for the receipt in the "Customer No." dropdown box in aqua-coloured frame as illustrated in the screenshot below. Then go through the same procedure as explained above.
