This Sales Reports window had been built with multiple outlets in mind. It is able to show all the aforesaid information for all outlets or a selected outlet by selecting either 'All Outlets' or a single outlet name from either of the the 'Outlet' drop boxes. After that just click the respective function button to generate the reports.
Such multi-outlet reporting requires the use of a central database remotely serving the outlets. Alternatively sale and inventory data from the databases of individual outlets can be consolidated into a special database for this reporting purpose. These two capabilities are available in POSI.

By selecting a year from "Year" field and a quarter or month from "Quarter" field on the bottom left panel, and then using the "Submit Co." button, you can produce periodic reports that present a statistical trend on the performance of each and every item in your inventory. This information also comes in handy for your accountant who may require an "Aging Inventory Report" for the purpose of calculating the depreciation or for writing off the value of old and un-saleable merchandise.
